Choosing the right drug and alcohol rehabilitation center is important. I am grateful that I chose Seaside at Palm Beach for mine. I am approaching 2 years of sobriety and my life couldn’t be better. The facilities, staff, food and programs were outstanding. I learned how to face my addiction and was introduced to a twelve step recovery process, meditation, yoga, nutrition and attended recovery meetings.
